Luis Quintero is a Principal at Triton North, where he leads the firm’s Development and Alternative Investments division. He focuses on sourcing and executing new development opportunities, managing capital strategy, and expanding Triton North’s footprint across high-growth markets and asset classes.

With a background in entrepreneurship and private equity, Luis has co-invested in transactions totaling over $200 million. He specializes in complex deal structuring, capital formation, and identifying opportunities across the alternative investment landscape. His work bridges real estate development with innovative capital strategies, helping position Triton North as a forward-thinking platform for long-term growth.

Luis is actively engaged in market trends, regulatory changes, and financial innovation that shape the future of real estate and private capital. Prior to entering real estate, he founded and successfully exited a healthcare company operating in the pharmaceutical and optical sectors—experience that sharpened his operational and investment perspective.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA in logistics and marketing, along with certifications in project finance, entrepreneurship, risk management, and a commercial real estate certificate from Cornell University.

Luis brings a global mindset to Triton North’s investment strategy, focused on scaling into new markets, unlocking value in overlooked asset classes, and delivering strong results for investors.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and is a proud FC Barcelona member. He and his family are also committed to supporting foundations and families in need around the world.
