Over a four-year tenure, Ty progressed from Junior Estimator to Lead Estimator, honing expertise in cost management, client collaboration, and strategic bid analysis. In his new role at Triton North, Ty will gain hands-on experience in real estate investment, asset management, and financial modeling. He will support the firm’s acquisition and development strategies by contributing to process improvements, leveraging his estimating expertise, and participating in due diligence efforts.
