Triton North Welcomes Ty Miller as Real Estate Investment Intern
April 1, 2025 — Miami, FL — As part of Triton North’s commitment to developing the next
generation of talent through its recently launched internship program, we are proud to welcome Ty Miller to the team as a Real Estate Investment Intern.
Ty brings a strong background in project cost analysis and leadership, having most recently served as Lead Estimator at America Platinum Builders Inc, a general contracting firm known for its work in exterior multi-family renovations and commercial new construction. Over a four-year tenure, Ty progressed from Junior Estimator to Lead Estimator, honing expertise in cost management, client collaboration, and strategic bid analysis.
In his new role at Triton North, Ty will gain hands-on experience in real estate investment, asset management, and financial modeling. He will support the firm’s acquisition and development strategies by contributing to process improvements, leveraging his estimating expertise, and participating in due diligence efforts. This internship will allow Ty to leverage his strong analytical skills and industry experience while deepening his knowledge of private equity and real estate investment.
