Triton North Welcomes Tobias Urcuyo as Real Estate Investment Intern

May 9th - Miami, FL – Triton North LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Tobias Urcuyo as a Real Estate Investment Intern for the summer term.

Tobias is a student at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He brings strong industry experience from prior roles at Copper Equities and 777 Partners, where he worked on portfolio valuation, SPAC transactions, and investment analysis across sectors including real estate and sports.

Tobias also participated in the Goldman Sachs Insight Series and co-founded Miami Tutoring, a nonprofit supporting underserved students in Miami.

In his new role at Triton North, Tobias will support market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and investor relations. The internship is part of Triton North’s ongoing commitment to developing emerging talent and providing hands-on exposure to real estate private equity.
