Philip brings a distinguished career in institutional finance, having held senior positions across top-tier commercial banks, insurance companies, and national capital advisory platforms.

Philip’s experience includes launching and managing real estate capital markets groups for firms such as Bank of America, KeyBank Real Estate Capital, American Financial Group, and Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. Over the years, he has structured complex capital solutions for a broad range of sponsors and capital sources, working at the intersection of credit, equity placement, and capital structuring.

Most recently, at Royal Palm Companies, Philip led initiatives to raise over $1 billion in equity and debt capital for major development projects, including multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. His skillset spans both institutional lending and sponsor-side advisory—positioning him to support Triton North not only in real estate development but also as the firm grows its footprint in private equity investments and operating company partnerships.
