Triton North Welcomes Patrick Rainey as Asset Manager

April 2, 2025 - Miami, FL - Triton North LLC, a forward-thinking real estate investment and development firm, is excited to announce the appointment of Patrick Rainey as Asset Manager.

Patrick brings with him a robust background in real estate acquisitions, development, and investment analysis. With a track record that includes over $1 billion in multifamily and development underwriting, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify high-impact opportunities and execute complex strategies that deliver results.

Prior to joining Triton North, Patrick served as an Acquisitions Associate at North Park Ventures in Miami, where he led financial modeling, managed acquisition pipelines, and played a critical role in strategic deal sourcing. His previous roles at Creative Development Partners and Marcus & Millichap further underscore his comprehensive experience in multifamily investments, value - add projects, and capital structuring.

As Asset Manager, Patrick will be responsible for optimizing the performance of Triton North’s diverse portfolio of multifamily assets and development projects. His role will focus on driving NOI growth, leveraging modern financial and property tech tools, overseeing capital improvement plans, and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and property managers.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business, holding a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate Finance.
