Triton North Welcomes Milena Álvarez as Executive Assistant

January 5, 2026 — Miami, FL — Triton North is pleased to announce that Milena Álvarez has joined the firm as Executive Assistant, supporting operations, finance, and asset management under Antonio Ortiz, Chief Operating Officer.

In this role, Milena will provide executive-level administrative and operational support across multiple internal functions. She will work closely with leadership to help coordinate workflows, support financial and asset management processes, and enhance day-to-day execution as Triton North continues to scale its platform.

Milena’s role is designed to strengthen internal organization and operational efficiency, allowing leadership to remain focused on investment execution and strategic growth initiatives across the firm’s private equity and real estate activities.
